The Facebook page and website were created by Davide il Drago’s friends in honour and memory of Davide (09/02/2006 – 25/10/2013), a little Dragologo boy who hoped to live to be one hundred years old. Notwithstanding the illness diagnosed at the age of six, he was able to lead an extraordinary life, both for the quality of life spent while suffering, and for the quantity of joy and love which he was able to give and receive from all those who knew and loved him.
Davide lived in his child’s world made of friends, he loved his brother Tommaso more than any other, andshared a passion for music with him, above all for dancing to hip-hop and admiring Harry Potter’s magic.
The courage and the incredible strength of sereneness with which he faced his illness, both in and out of hospitals in Milan were absolutely extraordinary.
So when Davide decided to abandon Mother Earth, riding on his favourite dragon to be with his ‘grandfather Grillo’, the message he left behind with his parents has been passed on in our mission: to see it, click here.
